Hello, I believe you already know the problem, as your dealer in
St.Petersburg, Russia, supposedly reported this to you at least a

been already reported. Now, I would like to know if anything is being
done to solve it. I know that 7 cars in one city is probably not a big
market for you, but in terms of Russia in general, we are talking of
much larger numbers. Not talking about customers being disappointed by
the brand.
Af far as I understand, this problem only appears on Hungarian-made
SX4 crossovers. Fortin module does not correctly finish learning
procedure. When istalling in my particular car (sx4, awd, 1.6 l
gasoline engine, automatic transmission, stock immo and key) your
dealer's engineer spent more than 3 hours trying everything (after
trying following the instruction, of course). Nothing helped. I was
told that he reported this problem to you and that we have to wait for
solution. So far, after 1 month, no solution was reported back.
I would very much appreciate if you could give me some idea on what is
being done to solve this problem and when can I (and other SX4 owners
currently waiting for the solution) to expect new firmware or manual
that will solve it. I really need a remote start, believe me, there is
no much fun in dancing around car in Russian winter waiting for it to
get warm. I would rather start it remotely 10 minutes in advance, but
- installation fails!

Please let me know what is the current status of this problem. If
there is anything I can do to assist in finding a solution - please
let me know.

Hi Dmitry,
We have not been able to run tests on the vehicle yet, but next week
we will have the SX4 in shop for this exact purpose. We are taking
this problem seriously and a solution will be out shortly. We want our
Russian friends to be warm!

for sorting it out, so I wonder if you worked something out. Please

We did work on the vehicle last week, but could not find any issues
like you described. So for now we do not have a solution for your
issue. We will keep looking out for this issue, but we cannot fix
something that we cannot experience first hand.
